2020 Confirmation Registration & Form
Confirmation at our Family of Parishes is offered for those who are in Grade 8 during the 2019-2020 School year. Before filling out the online form, please read the letter from Fr. Al and Fr. Lucio on the left to be sure you have all the necessary information before proceeding. If you would like a registration form to print off you can download and print off the form on the left.   How to choose a Sponsor for Confirmation:
  - the Sponsor must be 16 years of age or older
  - the Sponsor must be Baptized and Confirmed in the Catholic Faith
  - the Sponsor is an example of faith to the Confirmation Candidate
  examples could be a godparent, family friend, aunt, uncle, cousin, older brother or sister (not a parent).
  
  If there are any changes to your sponsor during the Confirmation process, please notify Ian Duckworth in writing (email, text or letter), prior to the Celebration of Confirmation
