Bulletin Folder 

• Meet at St. Mary church hall every other Wednesday at 1:00 pm to assemble the bulletin for all four parishes 
  
  

Mail out 

• Mail outs are completed 3 times a year (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter)

• Pre-folding is completed at home ahead of time and brought to the church on assembly day. Envelopes are pre addressed also. 

• Assembly day volunteers meet in St. Mary basement at 9:00am to stuff envelopes, seal and stamp. 

• The lead person contacts the team by phone to inform them if the date for pre work and or assembly day.
